Otero County Colorado Vital Records

Birth and Death Certificates

Birth and death records are held by the Otero County Health Department from the late 1800's to present. These records are $15 for the first copy and $6 for additional copies of the same record at time of original request.

Marriage Certificates

The Otero County Clerk & Recorders office holds marriage records from 1889 to present. The fee for a record is $2 for a copy and $3 for a certified copy.

Land records from 1889 to present are held by the Otero County Clerk & Recorders office. Copies are $1.25 each and certified copies are $2.25.
